We are now seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join one of our flagship kitchens.

Motel Mezza, Wyong: Share plates in the heritage bank building

The role - You will bring:
Strong culinary skill and consistency through busy service
The ability to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
Sound knowledge of ordering, stock control and food costs
A hands-on approach to training and supporting the brigade
High standards in food safety and kitchen systems
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
