We see a dynamic, family-inclusive venue that captures Hedland’s coastal character, a destination that locals call home and visitors can’t stop talking about.

With multiple kitchens, bars, function spaces, family friendly areas including a playground, RWT will have something for everyone. The venue will showcase local Pilbara and Western Australian produce, RWT craft beers, and seasonal menus suited to the climate and coastal lifestyle.

We are seeking kitchen staff to bring our vision to life. The following full-time, part-time and casual positions are available:

Chef de Parties’ - We are particularly interested in Chefs who have Grill and Pan experience.

Responsible for food preparation, maintaining food hygiene and safety standards, managing your section, assisting with the supervision and training of junior chefs.



We have 4 fulltime 38 hour per week positions available offering a salary of $79,400 - $80,000 neg. FT, PT and Casual positions paying HIGA L6 are also on offer.

Commis and Demi Chefs. Responsible for food preparation, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, cooking and ensuring quality standards are met. Multiple FT, PT or casual positions available paying HIGA award rates.

All positions must hold relevant qualifications and a food safety certificate.

Kitchen Hands. Responsible for assisting Chefs with food prep, maintaining hygiene standards and cleaning, multiple casual positions available paying HIGA L2 and L3 rates. A food safety certificate is a requirement of this role, but we can help you with this is you don't have one.
