Looking for your next opportunity in NDIS intake, participant onboarding, referrals, and service coordination?

At LiveBig, part of the Arriba Group (AFR Best Place to Work in Healthcare), you'll play a critical role in helping participants access the allied health and behaviour support services they need to achieve their goals.

We're seeking an experienced Referral Intake professional to manage referrals from initial enquiry through to service commencement. You'll work closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators, clinicians, and referral partners to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and ensure participants are matched with the right supports as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage referrals from intake through to service commencement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for participants, families, support coordinators, and referral partners.
- Conduct intake discussions, coordinate onboarding, manage waitlists, and facilitate service matching.
- Partner with clinicians and operational leaders to allocate participants based on needs, location, and capacity.
- Monitor referral pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive timely outcomes.
- Prepare service agreements and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and client management systems.




- Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication throughout the participant journey.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support positive participant outcomes.

About You

- Experience in NDIS intake, referrals, service coordination, participant onboarding, customer service, healthcare administration, or client services.
- Strong understanding of participant-focused service delivery.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organised, and solutions focused.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and complex referral pathways.

Highly Regarded

- NDIS, disability, allied health, healthcare, aged care, community services, or support coordination experience.
- Understanding of NDIS funding, service agreements, and participant onboarding processes.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Lumary, Salesforce or similar systems.
- Experience coordinating psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and Positive Behaviour Support services.
