About the Role

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Team Members to join our egg grading operations. This is a casual opportunity offering up to 38 hours per week, working Monday to Friday across a variety of shifts at our facilities in Hallam and Mickleham. Additional overtime may be available during weekends and public holidays.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our products are graded, packed and prepared to the highest standards while working as part of a supportive and fast-paced team environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Loading, palletising and moving products and materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Reaching and retrieving stock manually and with equipment where required
- Washing and sanitising trays, pallets, dividers, tools, equipment and production areas
- Performing pre-start equipment checks and set-up to support production schedules
- Preparing, grading, packing and labelling eggs in accordance with quality standards and work instructions
- Replenishing packaging materials and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Operating production machinery and assisting with basic troubleshooting
- Conducting quality and production checks throughout the process
- Performing basic machine maintenance and general housekeeping duties
- Supporting other areas of the facility as required

What You’ll Bring:

- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or FMCG environments (preferred)
- A strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude




- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
- Full working rights with a minimum of 12 months remaining validity
- Reliable transport and good communication skills
- The physical capability to lift and move items over 20kg and work in a rapid-paced environment
- The ability to safely reach up to 2.2 metres from ground level
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Availability to commence training at our Hallam site before transitioning to our Mickleham facility by the end of January
- A Forklift Licence (highly regarded but not essential)
