We are now seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead one of our flagship kitchens.

Motel Mezza, Wyong: Share plates in the heritage bank building
Little Seed Catering: Events across the Coast

The role
This position suits an established chef with a proven record of results. You will bring:
Strong culinary skill and a refined, consistent product
Menu development grounded in sound costings and margin management
Commercial confidence across food cost, labour, ordering and supplier relationships
Leadership that sets standards, develops people and retains good teams
A thorough approach to food safety, compliance and kitchen systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
