Turn your passion for art into a career in tattooing!

Ever wondered what it takes to become a professional tattoo artist? Have a passion for drawing, creativity or tattoo culture? This could be the opportunity you've been looking for!

At Addikted to Ink, we offer an established and structured tattoo apprenticeship program with a proven track record of developing aspiring individuals into professional tattoo artists.

This isn't just about learning how to use a tattoo machine. Our program is designed to take you through a structured training pathway, building your artistic abilities, practical knowledge and understanding of what it takes to work in a professional tattoo studio.

You don't need previous tattooing experience or a skilled portfolio. What matters most is your attitude, dedication, creativity and willingness to learn.

What Will You Learn?

Our apprenticeship follows a structured training program covering the different stages of becoming a professional tattoo artist.

Throughout your training, you'll develop skills in:

- Artistic Development: Drawing, sketching, design fundamentals and creating tattoo concepts.
- Tattoo Fundamentals: Understanding tattoo styles, techniques and equipment, with a primary focus on Black & Grey Realism.
- Studio Operations: Learning how a professional tattoo studio operates, including workstation preparation and daily responsibilities.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Understanding proper hygiene practices and workplace safety.
- Client Experience: Developing communication, professionalism and customer service skills.
- Practical Training: Progressively developing your abilities through guided practice and hands-on learning.

Our goal is to help you develop the knowledge, discipline and confidence needed to become a professional tattoo artist.

A little transparency before you apply:

This is an unpaid apprenticeship, but there are no tuition fees or training costs involved. We provide the structured training and mentorship, and in return, we ask for your time, dedication and commitment.

Most of our apprentices maintain another job alongside their training, so you'll need to be comfortable balancing both commitments.

Your First Step: The Two-Week Trial

Successful applicants begin with a two-week trial consisting of six training days.

This gives our management team an opportunity to assess your attitude, work ethic, willingness to learn and overall suitability for the program.

It's also your chance to experience the studio environment and decide whether this is the right path for you.
