We're looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team and take full ownership of restaurant operations. Key Resposibilities:

- Take full accountability for restaurant operations, including financial performance, inventory, labour management and rostering.
- Lead, motivate and develop your team through effective management, coaching and training.
- Be hands-on across all areas of the restaurant, leading service, supporting your team and engaging with guests.
- Drive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of food safety, workplace health and safety and compliance.
- Create a positive team culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- 3+ years' experience as a Restaurant Manager within a high-volume QSR environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong P&L; management experience, including COGS, labour and budgeting.
- Advanced organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and perform in high-volume,



fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to bring out the best in others.
- Career-driven and ambitious, with a genuine desire to grow alongside the business.
- Experience with new restaurant openings is advantageous.
- Kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster alongside the management team across a 7-day week.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
