Who are we looking for?
In addition to having a true passion for the outdoors, the ideal candidate will have:
- A current forklift licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience, ideally with some team leadership
- A positive attitude and a strong, reliable work ethic
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems (desirable)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support warehouse staff, allocating tasks and keeping the team motivated
- Oversee order picking, packing and dispatch to meet daily dispatch targets
- Manage internal stock transfers between locations accurately and on time
- Keep the warehouse tidy, organised and safe, with products easy to locate
- Operate a forklift to receive, move and store stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records and flag discrepancies early
- Uphold WHS requirements and promote a safe working environment
- Basic operation of computer terminal.
- Sound working knowledge of all warehousing/store duties and perform work requiring minimal supervision.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
