The Opportunity

Reporting to the Implementation & Delivery Manager and working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams, you’ll take full ownership of on-site execution. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality, while maintaining robust commercial control and governance compliance.

This is a site-based role and an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career leading complex, fast-paced project delivery in the healthcare technology industry.

What you will be responsible for:

- Lead and coordinate on-site installation and commissioning across allocated projects

- Manage subcontractors, trades and site activities to keep projects safe and on schedule

- Monitor project progress, risks and variations, addressing issues to minimise delays and commercial impacts

- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance throughout project delivery

- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and drive projects through to successful handover

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience supervising project sites, ideally within the telecommunications, electrical, healthcare or technology sector

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple workstreams in a fast-paced site environment

- Strong planning,



organisation and problem-solving skills

- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, with a hands-on approach to leadership

- White Card and current driver’s licence; relevant trade or technical qualifications and additional site certifications are highly regarded
