Who you will be working for:

You will be working in thriving mid-tier law firm in the inner Eastern Suburbs. The firm has a down-to-earth, supportive and professional management team, and it includes a talented team of Lawyers in the Wills & Estates area (and lots of other practice areas as well). You will be working closely with a senior lawyer on their Wills & Probate matters.

What you will be doing:

In this Probate Clerk role you will have a lot of autonomy. Initially you will be needed one day per week. This may change in the future (or not if that is your preference). You can choose between a casual position with a loading on your salary, or a permanent role on the full-time equivalent of $110k to $115k depending on your experience. You will be responsible for file management, drafting documents,



managing calendar dates, liaising with family members, and facilitating financial matters.

The successful Probate Clerk will need:

- Years of experience as a Probate Clerk in a law firm
- Very strong client relationship skills
- Great interpersonal skills; being easy to get along with
- Robust organisational skills
- Personal initiative and self-motivation
