Day in the Life of a Sales Champion
You'll take ownership of growing sales across your assigned NSW territory, building robust relationships with veterinary clinics, veterinarians, wholesalers and clinic teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the launch and growth of a unique companion animal health product portfolio.
- Developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Providing product information and technical support to veterinary customers.
- Delivering marketing initiatives, promotions and sales campaigns to achieve business targets.
- Managing your territory effectively through face-to-face visits, online presentations and telesales.
- Identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to maximise territory growth and sales performance.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activities through the company's CRM.
What will make you successful?
We're looking for a proactive, energetic and commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and achieving results.
You'll ideally bring:
- A proven track record in sales, business development or exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- The confidence to communicate technical or clinical product information.
- Excellent time management, organisation and territory planning skills.
- A positive, adaptable and resourceful approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel regionally or interstate when required.
Experience within animal health, veterinary clinics, corporate veterinary groups or veterinary wholesalers would be highly regarded, but is not essential. A university degree is advantageous, but not a requirement.
You don't necessarily need to come from the veterinary industry. If you have the right sales drive, customer focus and willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
