Contract: Maternity Leave Cover — commencing early December 2026 or beginning of Janruary 2027, approximately 6 months

At Aligned Chiro, we're looking for a dedicated Chiropractic Care Assistant to cover maternity leave at our high-tech, patient-focused clinic in Dubbo. You'll play a key role in our mission to naturally enhance health through chiropractic care while working closely with our team to transform lives.

About the Role

This is a maternity leave cover position commencing December 2026 or January 2027, with an expected duration of 6 months. There is potential for the role to extend or become permanent for the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

- Own the front desk, greet and engage with patients

- Manage patient flow and the clinic's automation systems, including care programs and payments

- Perform admin tasks such as managing accounts, stock, and scheduling

- Assist the Chiropractor with tasks like nerve scans, patient education, spinal orthotics fitting, and exercise consults

- Book new patients,



answer phone inquiries, and ensure patients receive exceptional care

Hours for This Role:

- 7:40am – 12:15pm and 1:45pm – 6:00pm–6:30pm | Monday to Thursday
