Our client is a leading national law firm whose Sydney corporate advisory practice is growing quickly. A permanent Senior Associate opportunity has opened up supporting the M&A; partners as they build out a market leading corporate offering, working closely with those partners and their clients.

About the role
You will run and support corporate transactions end to end alongside the partners.
• Advising on both buy side and sell side M&A; transactions
• Working directly with the corporate partners and their clients
• Playing a substantive role in the growth of the corporate practice
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
• Supporting and developing more junior members of the team
What you'll bring
• At least 6 years' experience in a reputable corporate transactional practice
• Current Australian practising certificate
• Genuine M&A; experience across both buy side and sell side
