About the role

The Service & Validation Technician is responsible for servicing, repairing, installing, commissioning and validating Rhima equipment at customer sites. Working closely with the Senior Service Technicians based in Melbourne & Sydney, this role helps ensure equipment is operating reliably, customers receive excellent support, and validation requirements are completed accurately. The role is primarily field-based and involves travel to customer sites.

Key responsibilities

- Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs and scheduled servicing.

- Diagnose and repair equipment faults.

- Install and commission new equipment.

- Perform equipment inspections and performance checks.

- Provide skilled technical support to customers.





- Complete service reports and required documentation.

- Perform validation and performance testing.

- Complete validation reports and records.

- Assist customers with compliance and validation requirements.

- Build positive customer relationships.

About you

- Certification in relevant technical areas.

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.

- Demonstrate through own actions a commitment to Health and Safety at work.

- Be available for frequent regional, interstate and overseas travel when required.
