This is a permanent Senior Associate prospect to take genuine carriage of significant tax advisory work, rather than simply executing under a partner's file.

About the role
You'll advise on complex corporate and international tax matters with genuine autonomy.
• Advise leading clients on corporate restructures, M&A; tax and international tax structuring
• Lead drafting and negotiation on complex advisory matters
• Collaborate with and mentor junior members of the team
• Take genuine ownership of client relationships, not just execution

What you'll bring
• Significant experience in tax law at Senior Associate level
• Current Australian practising certificate
• Strong commercial acumen
