A family law role with room for variety. Our client is an established law firm group with offices across Sydney's south-west and beyond, formed through the merger of long-standing local practices over more than a century. Based in Campbelltown, you will run your own family law caseload, with some estate work available if you want to broaden your practice.

About the role:
• Managing parenting and property matters from initial instructions through to resolution
• Taking on some estate matters if you are keen to diversify
• Liaising directly with clients, opposing solicitors and the Court
• Working independently, with Principal support across the group

What you'll bring:
• 3+ years' PAE in family law, with experience running files independently
• A current unrestricted NSW practising certificate




• Robust working knowledge of parenting and property law
• Interest in estate work is welcome but not essential
• Based in, or able to commute to, Campbelltown
