Our client is a well-established law firm group with offices across Sydney's south-west and beyond, formed through the merger of long-standing local practices with more than a century of history between them. They are seeking a Senior Family Lawyer to take ownership of a caseload of parenting and property matters at their Campbelltown office.

What's on offer:
• $100,000-$150,000+ salary, reflecting your seniority and independence
• Strictly 9am-5pm, office based Monday to Friday, with no weekends or late nights
• Real autonomy over your files, with Principal lawyers across the group available when you want a sounding board
• Experienced support staff handling the administrative load
• Scope to take on some estate work alongside your family law practice
• The stability of a multi-office firm group with deep local roots

The role:
• Running parenting and property matters from first instructions through to final resolution
• Liaising directly with clients, opposing solicitors and the Court on your own files
• Working independently, drawing on a network of Principal lawyers across the group as needed
• Some exposure to estate matters for those keen to diversify

About you:
• 5-10+ years' PAE in family law,



with a track record of running files independently
• A current unrestricted NSW practising certificate
• Sound knowledge of parenting and property law
• Comfortable managing a full caseload without day-to-day supervision
• Living in, or within commuting distance of, Campbelltown
