About the Chance

Our client, a highly regarded Sydney CBD boutique Family Law practice, is looking for a Senior Family Lawyer with 6-7 years' PAE to take on complex work for a sophisticated, high-net-worth client base. The role can start now or in early 2027.

The practice is known for strategic advice on some of the market's most complex property and parenting matters, delivered from heritage-style "old money" offices on Elizabeth Street that pair tradition with a modern, supportive culture.

About the Team

You will work closely with:
• An Accredited Specialist Director
• A fantastic Senior Associate
• An Associate
• A Practice Manager

Mentorship and development are taken seriously here, with genuine scope to sharpen your advocacy, negotiation and litigation skills.

What You Will Do:

• Run a mix of complex property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements and high-conflict disputes
• Work side by side with senior practitioners on high-profile matters
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Contribute to a positive, collegiate team

Salary & Features:

• $150,000-$170,000 guide range, plus an additional monthly performance bonus

What You Will Bring:

• 6-7 years' PAE in family law
• Experience running litigation and complex files
• Strong drafting, negotiation and courtroom skills

• Comfort working towards 5 billable hours a day
