If you want the complexity of high-net-worth family law without the scale of a large firm, this is worth a look. Our client is a prestigious Sydney CBD boutique Family Law practice seeking a Family Lawyer with 6-7 years' PAE, starting now or in early 2027.

The firm acts for sophisticated, high-net-worth clients on some of the most complex property and parenting matters in the market, working from polished heritage-style "old money" offices on Elizabeth Street.

About the Role: In this role, you will:

• Manage complex property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements and high-conflict disputes
• Work directly with senior practitioners on high-profile matters
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with a sophisticated client base
• Contribute to a positive, collegiate team environment

About the Team

• An Accredited Specialist Director
• A fantastic Senior Associate
• An Associate
• A Practice Manager

Salary & Features of the Position:

• $150,000-$170,000 guide range, plus an additional monthly performance bonus

Requirements:

• 6-7 years' PAE in family law
• Experience handling litigation and complex, high-value files
• Strong drafting, negotiation and courtroom skills

• A professional, organised and proactive approach
• Comfortable aiming for 5 billable hours daily
