About the role

Flowcrete Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Store Person / Warehouse to join our team in Mount Kuring-Gai, NSW. This is a full-time position based on-site at our warehouse facility.

As a Store Person / Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organisation of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching products whilst ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with all warehouse procedures and standards. This role is essential to supporting our logistics operations and ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving and checking incoming goods against delivery documentation, verifying accuracy of quantities and condition of products

- Storing products in designated locations within the warehouse using appropriate storage systems and equipment

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with order specifications

- Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labelling, weighing and documentation

- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand tools safely and appropriately

- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts to ensure stock levels are correct

- Organising and maintaining a clean, safe and tidy warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Following all warehouse procedures, safety protocols and company policies

- Assisting with general warehouse duties and ad-hoc tasks as required to support team operations





What we're looking for

- Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution center or similar logistics environment

- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is desirable)

- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills with the ability to maintain accurate records

- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks and lift heavy items regularly

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues

- Commitment to health and safety standards and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment

- Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets whilst maintaining quality standards

- Basic computer skills for operating warehouse management systems and recording inventory data

- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

- A current valid driver's licence is preferred but not essential
