We're looking for an experienced Centre Director to lead a brand-new 76-place early learning centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins from day one, build a strong team and establish a positive centre culture. What we're looking for:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT).





- Previous leadership experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director.

- Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and EYLF.

- Confident leadership, communication and people-management skills.

- A proactive and supportive approach to leading and developing educators.

- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring and developing the educator team.

- Overseeing daily centre operations, staffing and enrolments.

- Establishing a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

- Driving educational quality, curriculum development and continuous improvement.

- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and the NQF.

- Building strong relationships with families and the wider community.
