We are a energetic and expanding Real Estate office eager to enhance our Residential Property Management team. Combining three offices in the Illawarra, we seek a passionate and motivated individual to join us in a supportive and friendly work environment.

The Role:

· Manage all aspects of property management, including lease management, lease renewal negotiations, owner support, compliance, maintenance requests, and inspections.

· Collaborate closely with the Property Management and Sales teams to nurture our clients and grow the business.

· Coordinate property inspections and manage a healthy database.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and local businesses.

· Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the transaction process.





· Provide daily operational support to the Property Management team

The Person:

· Certificate of Registration / Real Estate License

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

· Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team

· Well-presented and possess a valid driver's license
