A rare opportunity has become available to join our client, a leading Perth commercial property business with an established reputation for delivering exceptional results across commercial sales and leasing across a range of different asset classes.

Working alongside a high-performing, and long-standing team of experienced Sales and Leasing agents that the industry respects, you’ll be an integral part of the operation, providing high-level administrative and transaction support across a diverse range of commercial property campaigns.

This is a role for someone who understands that great commercial property outcomes come down to attention to detail, robust relationships, commercial thinking and appreciates deadlines.

THE ROLE

You’ll work closely with the Sales and Leasing team across the full lifecycle of campaigns and transactions, including:

- Coordinating commercial sales and leasing campaigns from launch through to completion.
- Preparing and coordinating marketing campaigns, presentations and property documentation.
- Assisting with tenders, proposals and submissions, ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation.
- Managing legal, compliance and transaction documentation.
- Coordinating key dates, deadlines and critical milestones.
- Conducting market research and preparing relevant market intelligence.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, consultants and other key stakeholders.
- Providing day-to-day support to a busy and successful Sales and Leasing team.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies.

- Previous experience in commercial property, sales and leasing administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- The confidence to work autonomously while contributing positively to a high-performing team.
- A genuine interest in Perth's commercial property market.
