Jewellery Showroom Manager – Full-Time | Linneys Perth City

Linneys is seeking an experienced Jewellery Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our elegant showroom, located in the heart of Perth City.

About the role & responsibilities:

· Reporting to the General Manager

· Supervising and coordinating the showroom activities, inspiring the team to deliver great customer service and exceed sales targets

· Leading, coaching, and developing the team

· Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, processing paperwork & updating procedures.

· Planning and coordinating the monthly roster for the sales team, ensuring correct coverage is provided.

· Train the sales team about the products and services offered

· Analyse sales statistics to determine sales potential, customer preferences and inventory requirements.

· Sales/ customer/ stock/ team management reporting.

· Developing constructive and cooperative relationships with customers, clients, colleagues, and contractors.

· Overseeing store operations, ensuring excellence in visual merchandising, processes, housekeeping and customer experience

· Coordinating building operations with building management, cleaning,



security & fire training, and maintenance.

· Handling and supporting staff through complaints, resolving conflicts and liaising with clients.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

· Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury /jewellery industry

· Ability to mentor, guide, develop and train your team with a team player attitude

· Excellent communication & decision-making skills.

· Planning & strategic skills to participate in and understand business decisions.

· Ability to pay attention to detail and adapt to change.

· Open to delivering and receiving constructive feedback.

· Sound computer skills, including point-of-sale and spreadsheets;

· Availability to work full-time (Including Saturday as a core day).

· Experience in fine jewellery retail sales or high-end luxury products.

· English, fluent speech/ writing.
