MR Junk Rubbish Removal is a growing Sydney-based business, and we're looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated person to join our team.

You'll start as an offsider, working alongside our experienced driver, who will train you in safe loading, daily operations, customer service, quoting and job management. Develop your skills and eventually take responsibility for running one of our rubbish removal trucks and leading a small crew.

The opportunity: Progress into a driver and crew leader position earning $40 per hour plus bonus, based on demonstrated competence, performance and the necessary licensing and training.

Your responsibilities

During your training:

• Remove and load household, commercial and construction rubbish

• Assist with furniture dismantling and property clearances

• Work alongside our experienced driver on jobs across Sydney

• Learn our pricing system and how to assess rubbish volumes

• Help maintain our trucks and equipment

• Deliver excellent customer service

As you progress into the driver role:

• Drive and operate our trucks safely once appropriately licensed and trained

• Manage daily jobs and lead an offsider

• Provide accurate on-site quotes to customers

• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients

• Handle unexpected situations and solve problems independently

• Manage job completion, payments and daily operations

• Maintain MR Junk's high standards of service

What we're looking for

• Reliable, punctual and responsible

• Physically capable and comfortable with hands-on work

• Confident communicating with customers

• Good problem-solving skills and initiative

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and take responsibility

• Valid Australian car driver's licence





• Legal working rights in Australia

• Ability to safely perform the essential physical duties, with reasonable adjustments where applicable

Experience in removals, construction, deliveries, logistics or other hands-on industries is advantageous but not essential.

No truck licence is required to apply.
