About the role

Join a hands-on manufacturing team as a Metals Operator or Production Operator. You will contribute to the efficient production of quality seating products by operating machinery, using hand tools and maintaining a protected, productive work environment.

Two roles available.

Machine Operator Key responsibilities

- Operate metal manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

- Brake Press

- Laser Cutter

- Robot Welder

- Drill Press

- Tube Bender

- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.

- Report equipment issues, quality concerns and production delays to the relevant team members.

- Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines.

Production Operator Key responsibilities

- Use hand tools to assemble, adjust, finish seating components.





- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.

- Follow production instructions, work procedures and quality requirements.

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.

- Work collaboratively to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines.

What we're looking for

- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, metals or production environment.

- Practical hand tool skills and confidence working with metal components.

- A motivated, reliable and safety-focused attitude.

- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality standards.

- Good attention to detail and a willingness to work as part of a team.

- Previous experience in a metals or production role is highly regarded.
