The Opportunity: We are seeking Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated team on a casual basis across AM, PM and night shifts. If you bring genuine compassion, strong clinical skills and the ability to see care through a resident's eyes, we would love to hear from you.

Registered Nurses, you will:

- Lead the care team on shift, delivering safe, resident-focused care
- Prepare and review care plans and clinical assessments
- Provide medication administration, wound care and clinical oversight
- Guide and support Enrolled Nurses and care staff
- Contribute to ensuring transparent handovers with the Clinical Care Team and leadership
- Maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner
- Ensure at all times you uphold best practice and compliance requirements

Enrolled Nurse, you will:

- Deliver high-quality,



resident-focused nursing care within your scope of practice
- Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse
- Contribute to care planning, observations and ongoing resident assessment
- Assist with medication administration and wound care in line with your scope
- Maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner
- Involved with handovers and work collaboratively with the care team

Experience required:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse (essential)
- Experience in aged care is preferred (ideally min 3+ years for RNs)
- Working knowledge of Resident Rights and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Sound clinical judgement and decision-making
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach
- Registered Nurses must be confident leading a shift and supporting others
- A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
