Synergie Australia is seeking an ASO6 Change Analyst for a trusted Government client located in Adelaide.

The important parts:

Pay: $54.06 – $57.18 per hour + Super

Duration: As soon as possible to 25 June 2027

Police clearance: Current National Police Clearance required

What you will be required to do:

- Support implementation of the program’s change strategy
- Undertake detailed change impact assessments and reviews
- Document the scope, scale and complexity of business impacts
- Review existing change-impact documentation
- Recommend practical interventions to support deployment
- Develop change-management plans, tools and artefacts
- Identify stakeholder communication requirements and channels
- Support the development of training and communication strategies
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholder groups
- Translate program changes into clear impacts for affected users
- Provide change advice and recommendations to the wider program
- Work with deployment, change and training teams
- Engage with government agencies and implementation partners
- Support user adoption, proficiency and readiness
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions
- Identify continuous-improvement opportunities
- Monitor emerging issues and escalate risks appropriately
- Support future ways of working aligned with Oracle modules and processes

To be successful in the role you will:

- Demonstrated experience applying change-management tools and techniques




- Experience conducting and documenting change-impact assessments
- Strong analytical, qualitative and research capabilities
- The ability to analyse complex issues and recommend practical solutions
- Experience developing fit-for-purpose change interventions
- Strong stakeholder consultation, engagement and negotiation skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and information sessions
- Ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences
- Robust written communication and change-artefact development skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously under limited supervision
- Strong planning, prioritisation and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Sound problem-solving and issue-escalation capability
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
- Understanding of risk-management principles, including AS ISO 31000:2018

The following would be highly regarded:

- Finance or accounting process knowledge
- Experience delivering change across large, complex programs
- Financial Management System implementation experience
- Oracle platform or module experience
- South Australian Public Sector experience




- Experience working with system implementation partners
- Change, project or learning certifications such as:
- Prosci
- ADKAR
- PRINCE2
- Agile
- PMBOK
- MSP
- MoP
