As a member of our CRM Sales team, you will play a key role in our future success. CRM & Industry Solutions is a rapidly growing focus area for ServiceNow, and you will help drive that growth with support from the business unit and executive team.

ServiceNow is seeking a CRM Account Executive who is a customer-facing domain expert and creates innovative business solutions with our customers. You will oversee market success for ServiceNow’s CRM & Industry solutions. These products are built on our market-leading Service Management platform and give enterprises a single source of truth, so processes run on consistent information.

What you will do:

The CRM Account Executive builds client relationships while meeting quarterly and annual sales quotas in an assigned territory.

- Develop a sales strategy for your territory, including a target prospect list and regional sales plan
- Arrange and lead initial executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings,



working closely with your Solution Consulting counterpart to deliver “art of the possible” demonstrations of ServiceNow’s CRM solutions
- Manage the sales process through to opportunity close
- Manage ongoing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional revenue opportunities
- Support regional ServiceNow partner channels to deliver an effective customer experience
- Use internal tools to manage leads and produce accurate forecasts, territory plans, and goals
- Research prospects and accounts using CRM data, social media, search engines, and AI tools
- Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required
