About the Role

As a Showroom Consultant – Mobile Showroom, you will bring Aidacare's products and expertise directly to customers across the Perth metro area and surrounds. Operating from a fully equipped mobile showroom vehicle, you will conduct face-to-face consultations, product demonstrations and equipment trials in customers' homes and community settings.

This is a highly rewarding and energetic role suited to someone who enjoys meeting new people, travelling to different locations each day and working independently. Rather than customers coming to a traditional showroom, you will take the showroom experience to them, helping our customers find the right solutions to meet their needs.

Through exceptional customer service, product knowledge and relationship building, you will help improve customer outcomes while contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Role Title: Showroom Consultant – Mobile Showroom

Location: Bibra Lake, Western Australia, Australia

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: Regional Sales Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Previous customer service, retail sales, healthcare or industry experience preferred, but not essential
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence with a confident and secure driving record
- Comfortable driving and operating a mobile showroom van throughout Perth Metro and surrounds as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders
- Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
- Ability to work autonomously, manage daily travel schedules and prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and locations




- Willingness to provide and maintain relevant clearances due to interaction with our clients (e.g. National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check)

Duties & Responsibilities

- Travel to customer homes and community locations in a fully equipped mobile showroom vehicle
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a consultative and solutions-focused approach
- Conduct product demonstrations, equipment trials and customer consultations to identify appropriate solutions
- Develop strong relationships with customers, support workers, allied health professionals and referral partners
- Resolve customer enquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aidacare's products and services to enhance customer outcomes
- Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking and processing to encourage repeat business
- Ensure the mobile showroom vehicle, equipment and product displays are maintained to a high standard of presentation
- Manage inventory levels within the mobile showroom and coordinate replenishment as required
- Accurately maintain customer records and activity within company systems
