About the Opportunity
Healthcare Professionals Group is partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary allied health practice in Mildura, Victoria, to recruit experienced Physiotherapists to join its growing team.
With approximately 40 team members across allied health, administration and therapy support, the practice provides a collaborative environment where clinicians are encouraged to share knowledge, develop their skills and pursue their clinical interests.

Demand for Physiotherapy services is strong, with an established caseload ready for the successful candidate.
Whether you're an experienced Physiotherapist looking for greater autonomy or a senior clinician interested in contributing to service development and mentoring, this prospect offers flexibility, professional growth and a genuinely supportive workplace.

About the Role
You'll deliver evidence-based Physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services to a diverse client population across the lifespan.
The caseload includes adults, paediatric clients, older people and individuals accessing NDIS-funded services, with opportunities to work across clinic, home, aged care and community settings.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conduct comprehensive Physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.

- Deliver evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation for a broad range of musculoskeletal, neurological and functional conditions, as appropriate to your experience.
- Manage a diverse caseload across adult, paediatric, disability or aged care services.
- Support clients to improve mobility, function, independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and other allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
- Provide education and guidance to clients, families, carers and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor treatment outcomes.
- Contribute to clinical service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and mentor less experienced clinicians where appropriate to your experience and interests.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys working collaboratively, values clinical independence and is passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Current Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 3 years' post-graduate clinical experience
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning and rehabilitation skills.
- Experience in adult musculoskeletal or general Physiotherapy, highly desirable.
- An interest in working with a diverse client population, including NDIS participants and older adults.
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
- A current driver's licence
- Willingness to complete relevant pre-employment checks, including a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Experience in clinical leadership,

mentoring or service development will be highly regarded, although this is not essential.

A Workplace That Supports You

- One of the most appealing aspects of this opportunity is the practice's approach to supporting its clinicians.
- The emphasis is on providing excellent clinical care, building meaningful relationships with clients and allowing clinicians to work in a way that supports positive outcomes.
- You'll also benefit from a dedicated administration team that manages scheduling, invoicing, NDIS billing and service agreements, significantly reducing the administrative responsibilities associated with private practice.
- The purpose-built facility provides a modern working environment, including access to a hydrotherapy pool, while the multidisciplinary team offers opportunities for daily collaboration and shared clinical learning.
- The culture is friendly, inclusive and social, with team members regularly connecting through activities such as volleyball and Friday catch-ups.
