We are seeking a polished, personable and highly organised Front Office Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded Real Estate business in the Eastern Suburbs.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career in Real Estate.

As the first point of contact for the business, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and skilled experience for clients while providing valuable support to a busy and experienced sales team.

Initially focused on front-of-house and general administration, this role offers the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, develop your industry knowledge and gradually take on greater responsibility across Sales & Property Management administration.

The Role

- Manage front-of-house reception and concierge duties, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Answer incoming calls, greet clients and respond to general enquiries.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
- Assist with basic sales administration, documentation and team coordination.
- Maintain a professional, organised and presentable office environment.
- Learn the company's systems, processes and procedures, with the opportunity to grow into a broader sales administration position.

About You:





- Previous real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Confident computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Warm, professional and confident communication skills.
- Mature, reliable and proactive, with a genuine willingness to learn.
- Well-presented and comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
- A genuine interest in real estate and a desire to develop a long-term career within the industry.
