About the role

Brightstar Healthcare Group is seeking a Business Development Manager NDIS to join our agile sales team. This is a full-time position based in Midland, WA 6056, offering an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand our presence within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) sector. As Business Development Manager NDIS, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing the NDIS portfolio for Brightstar Healthcare Group. This role is critical to our expansion strategy and will have a direct impact on the company's revenue growth and market position.

What you'll be doing

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the NDIS market, including potential service providers, partners, and client organisations

- Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS participants, service providers, government agencies, and corporate clients

- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the NDIS sector

- Preparing and delivering compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients and partners

- Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships and service delivery arrangements

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and drives customer satisfaction

- Monitoring and reporting on business development activities, pipeline progression, and sales performance metrics

- Attending industry events, conferences,



and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads

What we're looking for

- Proven track record in business development, new business sales, or account management within the healthcare, disability services, or NDIS sector

- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, participant needs, and the broader disability services landscape

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic business plans

- Strong negotiation and contract management experience

- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools

- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, sales, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)

- Experience in the Western Australian healthcare or disability services market (advantageous)

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region
