Are you an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? Tradewind Australia is partnering with a values-driven organisation seeking a Level 2 Support Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Organisation

The organisation provides specialised, person-centred support to individuals living with:

- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
- Parkinson's Disease.
- Dementia.

About the Role

Based at the Scoresby office with a hybrid working arrangement, you will manage a caseload of NDIS participants with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and implement NDIS plans in line with participant goals.
- Manage a caseload and coordinate appropriate supports and services.
- Build relationships with participants, families and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with the NDIA, allied health professionals and service providers.




- Monitor participant progress, advocate for their needs and maintain accurate documentation.

About You

- Qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Work, Psychology or related field desirable.
- Previous experience in an NDIS Support Coordination role.
- Solid understanding of the NDIS framework and plan implementation.
- Experience supporting participants with ABI, MS, Parkinson's or Dementia highly regarded.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and work autonomously.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
