Role Opportunity

Join a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering automation and control system solutions for mining and heavy industry projects. This senior hands-on role offers ownership of projects from concept and detailed design through to implementation, testing and commissioning while reporting to the Team Manager (Control Systems and Commissioning).

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- Degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Strong industrial automation experience
- PLC and SCADA/HMI expertise
- Industrial communications network experience
- Solid troubleshooting and commissioning skills
- Experience with platforms such as Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Emerson or ABB would be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Engineer PLC, SCADA and HMI solutions
- Develop control narratives, I/O lists and architectures
- Configure Rockwell,



Siemens and similar platforms
- Execute FAT, SAT and commissioning programs
- Diagnose automation, communications and instrumentation issues
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces
- Deliver end-to-end control systems engineering
