The Role

As an Electrical Foreman, you'll take ownership of your projects from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising electricians and apprentices on site.

- Coordinating daily works, labour, materials and subcontractors.

- Reading drawings, planning installations and staying ahead of the program.

- Working closely with project managers, builders and other trades.

- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and productivity.

- Identifying problems early and finding practical solutions.

- Taking pride in delivering a quality project.

You'll have the support of our management team,



but also the freedom to get on with the job without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Holds a current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence.

- Has experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction.

- Has previous foreman, leading hand or team leadership experience.

- Can read drawings and confidently coordinate site works.

- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.

- Leads by example and helps develop apprentices.

- Communicates well with builders, clients and other trades.

- Takes pride in doing things properly.

Most importantly, we want someone with a good attitude who genuinely cares about the job they're doing.
