Our client is looking for an experienced Level 1 Helpdesk support team member. This is a short-term assignment for four weeks.

The role requires the following essential skills
Required Skills:
- Experience as a Level 1 helpdesk support.
- Experience in preparing tickets and logs and escalating them to the right level.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Very strong skills on Windows 365.
- Good communication skills with the ability and experience of interacting with multiple client team members.
