Findstaff are seeking a reliable Pile Turner Operator / Production Labourer to join a busy and growing carton and packaging manufacturer based in Regents Park, NSW. This is a Monday to Friday afternoon shift opportunity offering $40+ per hour, with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment for the right person.

Your Responsibilities

- Operating and assisting with pile turning equipment
- Handling and moving printed carton stock safely and efficiently
- Assisting machine operators and production staff
- Quality checking finished products
- General production and warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

About You





- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, printing, or similar labouring roles
- Experience as a machine offsider, production assistant, or factory hand highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Forklift Licence (LF) advantageous but not essential
