About the position:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant who can support our team of Pharmacists and Dispensary Technicians. This role is an integral part of the Pharmacy team, reporting to the Retail Operations Manager and working closely with our Pharmacists to deliver a customer experience that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations. Candidates will be required to work Monday-Friday.
The Opportunity:
The Pharmacy Assistant will play a pivotal role in the team at Community Pharmacy. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, they will be required to:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Keeping shelves stocked and maintain cleanliness within the store for both front and back office areas.
- Follow in-store procedures & ensure task completion within the team.
- Work well autonomously, as well as the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Honesty and a high degree of reliability.
- Exemplary attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
- Have great organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- A highly personable demeanour, with lots of initiative.
- Basic computer skills (highly advantageous)
