McLennan Electrical is a locally owned and operated electrical contractor based in Drouin delivering commercial, industrial and specialist electrical services throughout Gippsland.

What you'll be working on

You’ll be part of a team delivering a wide range of commercial projects, taking ownership on site with the support of our Project Manager and office team, while working closely with builders, clients and apprentices.

Some of our current projects include:

- Recent school builds

- Government department and VSBA projects

- Sporting pavilions

- Car dealerships

- Aged care facilities

- Industrial electrical works and maintenance

With more than 10 live commercial projects across Gippsland, there's plenty of variety and no two days look the same!

Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day electrical works of a project, coordinating the team on site,



maintaining high standards of workmanship and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

About You

Experience matters, but it isn’t the only thing we look at. We're looking for someone with the right attitude who takes pride in what they do, is reliable, and enjoys being part of a team.

Essential requirements:

- Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence

- Current Driver’s Licence

- White Card

- Commercial electrical experience

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and work from electrical drawings and plans

- A positive attitude and willingness to help others

- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail

- Previous experience leading projects would be an advantage, but we're also open to someone who is ready to take the next step

- EWP Licence

- Working at Heights

- High Risk Work Licences

- Working with Children Check

- Police Check
