The Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and relationship-driven Showroom Assistant to support sales and customer relationships from our beautiful showroom in Zetland, Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, driving sales, and working in a creative environment. You’ll build strong relationships with a diverse client base, represent our brand at industry trade fairs, and play a key role in expanding our national presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in our showroom, helping bring their creative visions to life.

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively identifying new sales opportunities.





- Represent Floral Interiors at trade fairs and industry events.

- Provide product advice and support via phone, email, and our online ordering system.

- Work closely with our supportive Melbourne-based team to achieve sales targets and business growth.

About You

- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with people.

- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
