We’re looking for a hungry, switched-on person to join Mill Park’s number one agency as a Junior Sales Consultant / Sales P.A. You won’t be stuck behind a desk waiting your turn. From day one you’ll be building your own business while supporting one of the most successful sales teams in the north.

Your 3-month kickstart program
You’ll start with a structured 3-month program run by one of Australia’s leading real estate coaches. He’s ranked among the industry’s top 50 influencers, works with agents across Australia and New Zealand, and has built and run an award-winning agency himself. He’ll teach you the systems, scripts and habits top agents use to build a pipeline from scratch, and keep you accountable while you put them into practice.

What you’ll be doing

- Cold calling and doorknocking to build your own database of buyers and future sellers

- Turning conversations into appraisals and leads

- Running open for inspections and meeting buyers face to face

- Supporting our agents with campaign management and day-to-day sales admin

- Liaising with buyers,



vendors and solicitors

- Getting hands-on with auction campaigns from listing to sold

About you

You’ll need

- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or Agent’s Representative registration)

- A reliable car and current driver’s licence
