HTC Medical is a trusted name in medical equipment servicing, specialising in field repair, maintenance, and validations for a wide range of devices including:

- Medical/Dental autoclaves

- Washer disinfectors

- Vaccine fridges

- Dental chairs

- Other essential medical equipment

We’re currently seeking a Field Service Engineer, part-time or full-time, to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. This is a Sydney-based role with travel across the region.

Key Responsibilities:





- Perform timely and efficient repairs and maintenance on medical equipment

- Conduct preventative maintenance in line with contracts and internal procedures

- Manage van stock and complete service documentation and validation reports accurately

- Build strong relationships with customers and team members

Your Profile:

- Hands-on mechanical experience, ideally with electro-mechanical equipment or automotive mechanical experience

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality service
