About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based at our Lindfield office and requires someone with strong skills in marketing strategy, digital campaign management, content creation, and brand development. You will work closely with our management, sales, and property teams to drive consistent and effective marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote agency services and brand presence

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms

- Manage website content, SEO activities, and performance analytics

- Oversee branding consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels

- Coordinate marketing collateral, property campaigns, and promotional content





- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights reporting

- Manage relationships with external suppliers, media partners, and advertising platforms

- Assist with budgeting, marketing planning, and campaign evaluation

- Support community engagement initiatives and brand-building activities

Skills & Experience Required

- Bachelor Degree or higher

- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role

- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign analytics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced real estate environment

- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe, CRM platforms

- Strong attention to detail and creativity in content development
