Business Improvement & Systems Project Manager Contract / Casual Opportunity | Flexible Engagement
Drive change. Improve systems. Make things happen. We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Business Improvement & Systems Project Manager to support a range of business improvement and transformation projects.
Working closely with management and key stakeholders, you will review existing business systems, technologies, processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement and drive practical solutions from initial research through to implementation.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving business performance and taking ownership of projects to deliver tangible results.
Key Projects May Include

- Reviewing and improving business processes and operational efficiencies.
- Researching, evaluating and recommending new CRM systems.
- Managing CRM selection, implementation and data migration.
- Reviewing and improving marketing systems and platforms.
- Coordinating IT-related projects and system upgrades.
- Streamlining workflows and improving overall business performance.
- Managing projects from initial review and recommendations through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from initial research through to implementation.
- Work across marketing, IT and general business improvement initiatives.
- Review existing CRM systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research alternative CRM platforms and make recommendations.
- Map existing business processes and identify efficiencies.
- Manage CRM selection, implementation and configuration.
- Oversee data cleansing, migration and system integration.




- Coordinate testing, staff training and change management.
- Liaise with stakeholders and ensure projects remain on track.

About You
You will be an experienced Business Analyst, Junior Project Manager or Business Improvement Specialist who enjoys making a tangible difference within a small, growing business.
You will bring a broad understanding of business operations, strong commercial awareness and experience in technology-enabled business change.
Ideally, you will have:

- Experience managing business improvement, systems or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An understanding of CRM platforms, business systems and data management.
- Monday.com experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes at pace.
- A practical, hands-on approach with the confidence to hit the ground running, make recommendations and see projects through to successful implementation.

The Opportunity
This is a contract/casual chance offering flexibility and the chance to work across a variety of business improvement initiatives.
Full-time preferred, however, applications from those seeking four days per week will also be considered.
