Vitil People Solutions is looking to engage talented, registered Occupational Therapists to support our clients in part time or full-time opportunities. These roles will involve delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and tailored support to individuals across a range of ages, backgrounds and needs, including NDIS participants.

The Opportunity:

- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify clients' needs, functional abilities and goals.

- Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans to promote independence and wellbeing.

- Provide therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents and adults across a diverse range of needs.

- Support NDIS participants in achieving their goals and improving daily living skills and functional capacity.

- Prepare high-quality clinical reports, assessments and NDIS documentation in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and carers to deliver holistic, client-centred care.

- Monitor client progress, review treatment outcomes and adjust intervention plans to ensure positive outcomes.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.





- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.

- Experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults across a range of clinical presentations.

- Experience working with NDIS participants and knowledge of NDIS processes will be highly regarded.

- Strong clinical assessment, intervention planning and report-writing skills.

- Ability to develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, client-centred approach.

- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

- Strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality client care.

- Current driver's licence, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
