We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for our afternoon shift, ensuring all machinery, equipment and facilities are efficient, compliant and future-ready. This is a key leadership role that combines technical expertise with strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Use the FIIX maintenance management system to ensure effective visibility and tracking of maintenance activity across the site.

- Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of manufacturing equipment and facilities.

- Be able to maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

- Ensure equipment breakdowns are resolved promptly and effectively, in line with WHS, quality and food safety requirements.

- Engage and manage external contractors and suppliers.

- Collaborate with Production, QA and NPD teams on equipment design, packaging requirements and new projects.

- Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety and environmental legislation,



including the management of site water and waste.

- Maintain accurate records, registers and documentation.

- Lead site development projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

· Trade qualified in either electrical (A Class) or mechanical disciplines.

- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong mechanical aptitude, with sound fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

- A genuine commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
