We have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Advisor (Or Employee Experience Advisor as we like to call them) to join our Employee Experience team on a permanent basis, 4 days per week (or 30 hours per week across 5 days) commencing in January 2027.

The Role:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection, ensuring alignment with CV’s Ideals and strategic workforce needs
- Responsible for partnering with key business units, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering an exceptional employee experience across Cricket Victoria.
- Enhance employee experience across the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, using data to inform insights and recommend improvements.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives.
- Contribute to leading organisational change, including restructures and policy implementation.
- Support employee engagement survey action planning.
- Lead health & wellbeing, social, and staff benefit programs.
- Act as WHS Committee Secretary and coordinate WHS activities including return-to-work and Workers’ Compensation.

- You’ll bring HR generalist experience.
- You demonstrate sound judgement and provide practical advice to employees and leaders
- You’re organised, adaptable and action oriented.
- You’re comfortable juggling priorities, taking ownership and following through.
- You like a fast paced environment with an ability to work with pace and precision.
- You build strong relationships based on trust and respect.
- You have an ability to synthesise business insights and recommend appropriate action.
- You foster collaboration,



inclusion and a sense of fun.
- Cricket experience isn’t essential. Curiosity, initiative and a genuine commitment to supporting people are what count.
- Working With Children Check (Employee) is a must!
