Overview of the position:

As a Documenter you’ll be the technical backbone of our national design department. You’ll take projects from site survey and existing conditions through to permit and construction documentation. Working alongside our Interior Designers, Site Surveyors and Technical Principal, you’ll turn design intent into accurate, buildable and compliant drawings. You’ll coordinate consultant information, resolve detailing questions and own your packages from first draft to issue. On time, and right the first time.

Our expectations of you:





- 3 to 6 years’ commercial fit-out or architectural documentation experience, with a degree or diploma in architecture, building design, interior architecture or architectural drafting.

- Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills, plus working knowledge of BIM coordination and Matterport or point cloud workflows.

- Hands-on experience measuring and documenting existing site conditions and verifying base building information against what’s really there.

- Sound working knowledge of the NCC and AS 1428.1 for commercial fit-outs, with experience preparing building permit and construction documentation.

- A sharp eye for detail and a QA mindset. You check your own work before anyone else has to.

- You can juggle multiple packages on tight turnarounds and you raise risks early.

- You communicate clearly and confidently with designers, consultants, building surveyors and project teams.

Highly desirable: you want to lead Revit at Concept. We’d love someone who’s keen to own our Revit processes and procedures and shape how we use them. If that sounds like you, tell us why in your cover letter.
