The Accounts Officer works in our finance function and reports to the CEO.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. Key duties will include:
Maintaining accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
Preparing and issuing client invoices and monthly statements
Managing debtor accounts, following up overdue payments and assisting with debt recovery
Processing supplier invoices, including checking accuracy, coding and maintaining supplier records
Managing payroll and superannuation obligations
Reconciling bank accounts and identifying discrepancies
Responding to client and supplier enquiries and resolving account discrepancies
Supporting month-end processes, financial reporting and general finance administration
Managing workers' compensation payments and reconciliations
